The vegetables you can eat are green
beans, spinach, collard greens, green olives, pickles, squash, cabbage,
onion, lettuce, mushrooms, cucumbers, sauerkraut, cauliflower, Brussel
sprouts.. You can eat eggs, Swiss cheese,
low fat cottage cheese, low fat low carbohydrate yogurt.. No more than 1
cup of yogurt or cottage cheese pure day.
You can eat 1/2 cup of no salt,
no sugar, no oil, sunflower seeds a day.
The fruit you can eat are apples,
peaches, pineapple, plumbs, pears, strawberries.
The meat, poultry, fish you can eat are;
bacon, lean hamburger, chicken without the skin, pork chops, steak that
is lean in fat, turkey without the skin, deer meat, tuna, salmon,
flounder, shrimp, lobster. Any meat that is low in carbohydrates and
fat.
Any dressings or sauces need to be low in
carbohydrates and somewhat low in fat. Worchester Sauce is good to cook
meat with. Salad Dressing needs to be low in carbohydrates and somewhat
